Donatella photographed our fashion campaigns. As director, I was impressed with her style and professionalism, her beautiful international ideas, and speed solving our many issues with plans B and fast communication. She did help us to find the models the make up artist, she knew how to style with attention to details. As well she offered her knowledge of the area for the best locations we could imagine for the shoot. I met Donatella in 2005 and since then have worked with her on many different occasions. I have never met anyone quite like her. She has the eye and heart of a true artist, mixed with a fun and easy to work with attitude that makes everyone around her feel comfortable and beautiful. Donatella has a natural gift of feeling and capturing special moments. But also the gift of bringing out the best in you, creating memories of moments in time you can treasure forever. But her creativity has no limits. What ever your occasion for a shoot, Donatella has the ability to feel what is needed and works with what is there. We had shoots in freezing conditions, not much or too bright light, moody people or early or late hours. Donatella still manages to make jokes and keep everyone going.
I can honestly say that working with Donatella made the whole day relaxed and fun for a change. After 14 years in the Baby wearing Industry, photo shoots have always been a stressful and exhausting process, but not since we met her.We chose not to use models, but real people yet Donatella had a natural warmth and ability to put everyone completely at ease, which shows in the images. Our photos are AMAZING and the best we’ve ever had. We have now been asked a few times by Baby and Family Lifestyle Magazines if they can use some of our beautiful images for articles.
